Bureau Voss creates and owns companies. Founded in Berlin in 1997. Rooted in an entrepreneurial and banking lineage from Hamburg. Independent and self-funded by design.

After a first chapter inside Europe's luxury hotels, the work is now our own. We do not face the market. We build what stands behind a small family of ventures that do: the DNA, the capital architecture and the creative direction. Conscious Hotelier is the first.

Discipline never goes out of fashion. Quality, beauty, fairness. Not concessions to the moment. The permanent terms on which we operate.

Sovereign by heritage. One DNA. Many expressions.
