Bureau Voss creates and owns companies. Founded in Berlin in 1997.
Independent and self-funded by design.

After a first chapter inside Europe’s luxury hotels, the work is now our own. We do not face the market. We build what stands behind a small family of ventures that do: the DNA, the capital architecture and the creative direction. Conscious Hotelier is the first.

Discipline never goes out of fashion. Quality, beauty, fairness. Not concessions to the moment.

Sovereign by heritage. One DNA. Many expressions.
